This is an outstanding WOODEN CRAFTSMAN built building in HO 1:87 scale by artist D.A. Clayton named SUPERIOR SHOE REPAIR. It is a custom, “One of a Kind” structure that is totally scratch built and has many hours of work. It is built, weathered, and ready to go on your Model Train LAYOUT or in your DIORAMA COLLECTION.
DETAILS: The all wood construction totally scratch built including the windows and doors using NorthEast lumber. The DOCK is a piece of artwork in itself as you an see from the last photo. It has simulated CEDAR SHAKE roofs with a CHIMNEY and a STOVE PIPE. There is a 2 landing STAIR WELL on one end that leads to the 2nd floor. These are 3 Ghost SIGNS. Individual detail pieces include barrels, skid and a trash can. The windows have clear acrylic.
SIZE: The footprint is 6 inches by 3 inches, and it is 4 ½ inches tall to the top of the stove pipe.

This old store filled with rusted tin signs and ghost signs reminds me of Andy Griffin’s Mayberry. It was a time when things were simple and easy, and peaceful disagreements were over a checkerboard. Just about anything you needed was found at the general store, and it was the community hang-out. Conversations were face to face, and not texts on a cell phone. Step back in time, relax, and come sit a spell at PAPA’S GENERAL STORE.

This is an outstanding BATES MANSION also known as the PSYCHO HOUSE with 2 people FIGURES (Norman & Marion ) in HO 1:87 SCALE. It has been BUILT, WEATHERED, DETAILED and ready to place on your Model Train layout or used as a stand-alone DIORAMA.
DETAILS: The house is extremely detailed. This eerie, but charming Victorian house has Gingerbread, Spindle Railings, Trim, Roof Crestings, Lattice, and Corbels. Other fine scaled details to be noted are the Victorian Tower Gable Window, the intricate Front Porch, and side door. The once white Clapboard is now deteriorating as fast as Norman’s brain. The windows have acrylic windowpanes with draperies.
LANDSCAPING: The yard has all the characteristics of once a well-manicured lot, but now it looks like a forgotten plot of land. It was constructed using Natural Sand, simulated Mulch, Stones, a dead Tree, Weeds, and various Grass Turfs. The tree is particularly spooky looking!

I am very proud to announce a Producer and Director from the AMERICAN FILM INSTITUTE in Hollywood, purchased my HAUNTED HOUSE to appear in a spec commercial for KLEENEX TISSUES. I also created the background for the film. "The Boogey Man" spec commercial is a creepy storybook fairy tale warning children of the consequences of not using a tissue for their nose.
I plan to create six (6) BOOGEY MAN dioramas that will be like the one purchased by the AMERICAN FILM INSTITUTE. They will be signed and numbered, thus Limited Editions. They will be offered for sale as they are created and completed.
